Refund policy
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns of Hat Saver as a policy, however we do provide refunds or replacement of damaged or missing products. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refunds or replacement.
To start a refund or replacement request, please contact us at care@hatsaver.ca. Please include your name, email address and location where your order was shipped to.
If your request is accepted, we’ll process it promptly and provide details via email.
