Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We ship across Canada via Canada Post. We may use alternative shipping resources at our sole discretion. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are generally a flat fee, however alternative rates may apply at checkout based on your location and shipping method.  

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at care@hatsaver.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly. We do not accept returns but on occasion we may issue a refund or replace the item at our discretion, based on the circumstances.

International Shipping At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada. Hat Saver is available in the United States through HatSaver.com.
